​Class Descriptions:

Lift / HIIT: 50 min. - 1 hr.
This is the perfect marriage of weight lifting and HIIT (high intensity interval training). Build muscle and burn fat with this 50 min class. Each class will start by focusing on lifting for two main muscle group  and or two total body compound movements. The class will include high intensity interval cardio and end with an interval entirely focused on sculpting your abs. Modifications possible for everyone.

TRX EXPRESS: 30 min.
​This class is tailored for beginners and intermediate levels. TRX straps use body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously! Get in and out in 30 minutes

Boot Camp: 1 hr.
The goal of fitness boot camp is to provide a whole body work out  that builds strength and endurance through a variety of types of exercises. This class can be tailored for beginners and intermediate levels with modifications available.  

Step & Tone: 45 min.
This class is tailored for beginner and intermediate levels, but can be intensified for those who are more advanced. With a large focus on cardio, you'll be utilizing the classic Step and light weights to acheive a total body tone. You'll be working up a sweat while enjoying an energy boosting playlist in this class inspired by 80's step aerobics and influenced by modern barre movement.

Beginners Yoga: 1 hr.
​This class is best suited for beginners, including those entirely new to yoga. We will learn the fundamental poses, proper alignment, and the principles of yoga in a class that encourages a safe practice while building strength and flexibility. Coordination with breath and restorative poses will be included to produce mental calm and the opening of the body. This class is also appropriate for more experienced practitioners who may want to review the fundamentals. Style: Iyengar

Vinyasa Yoga: 1hr.
Vinyasa is the aligning of breath and movement. In this class we will warm-up with a breathing exercise and transition into a series of asanas that will warm us from the inside out, stretching out our bodies and building strength all over. We will close with a relaxing and gentle wind down into a much anticipated savasana. All levels.
