A: Everyone and anyone. We here at BT*FIT pride ourselves on offering services to a vast variety of members. From children to seniors, and athletes to beginners. The benefit of having a trainer is to gain knowledge and maximize effectiveness while reducing the risk of injury. Q: Do I need to have any gym experience?
A: No! Personal Training is the perfect way to slowly introduce you to our facility. We will customize and walk you through each part of your personalized fitness regime. We are here to guide you, one step at a time. ~You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great!
Small Group Training Prices: One hour session: $80 for two people $20 each additional person 5 session package: $250 for the first person $100 each additional person 10 session package: $400 first person, $200 each additional person
