Q: Who is personal training right for?
A: Everyone and anyone. We pride ourselves on offering services to a large variety of members. From children to seniors, and athletes to beginners. The benefit of having a trainer is to gain knowledge and maximize effectiveness while reducing the risk of injury in order to achieve your specific goals. Q: Do I need to have any gym experience?
A: No! Personal Training is the perfect way to slowly introduce you to our facility. We will customize and walk you through each part of your personalized fitness regime. We are here to guide you, one step at a time. ~You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great!
Q: How does this work?
A: Come in and pick up a personal training packet so our trainers can get to know you and what your goals are. Once they have received your packet, the trainer will call and schedule your first session! You can pay for your session or package before your first meeting or at the time of your first training session: cash, check or debit / credit card.
Small Group Training Prices: One hour session: $80 for two people $20 each additional person 5 session package: $250 for the first person $100 each additional person 10 session package: $400 first person, $200 each additional person
