Better Together Fitness Center has Certified Personal Trainers on staff! Each of our trainers are available and ready to work with clients at all levels of fitness with various goals. With each session package you will receive a beginning consultation to set your goals and map out how to move forward and an hour long personalized fitness routine, including a much needed warm-up and cool-down.
