Sarah Gray -Owner/Trainer
My love for sports and coaching has played a big role in my fitness journey. I am highly motivated to encourage others for the win! My passion is to see people of all ages reach their potential and grow and learn. I have struggled with weight from a young age and have found the importance of falling in love with the journey and the irreplaceable impact that an active lifestyle has on my mental well being. I'm a busy wife and mom of two. I encourage those alike to fill their cup and make themselves a priority so they can pour into their children and others. I look forward to finding a program that you're excited about, together! My goal in training is to help people live the life they desire. Alex Ebbett -Owner/Trainer
Being active is something I was born loving. From hiking Half Dome several times, growing up with livestock, riding horses, kayaking, working on our property or working out to get my mind right; being an active person comes naturally to me. However, exercise is not an activity that comes easily for me every day. I have found that consistency, accountability, and constantly learning new forms of exercise or nutrition all play a huge part in keeping me motivated and on track with my physique and inner health goals. I truly believe and know that overall health is all about finding a mind, body, and spiritual balance. This is what makes me passionate about helping others on their fitness journey and finding their own personal balance.
