Sarah Gray -Owner/Trainer
My love for sports and coaching has played a big role in my fitness journey.  I am highly motivated to encourage others for the win!  My passion is to see  people of all ages reach their potential and grow and learn.  I have struggled with weight from a young age and have found the importance of falling in love with the journey and the irreplaceable impact that an active lifestyle has on my mental well being.  I'm a busy wife and mom of two.  I encourage those alike to fill their cup and make themselves a priority so they can pour into their children and others.   I look forward to finding a program that you're excited about, together!  My goal in training is to help people live the life they desire.

Alex Ebbett -Owner/Trainer
Being active is something I was born loving. From hiking Half Dome several times, growing up with livestock, riding horses, kayaking, working on our property or working out to get my mind right; being an active person comes naturally to me. However, exercise is not an activity that comes easily for me every day. I have found that consistency, accountability, and   constantly learning new forms of exercise or nutrition all play a huge part in keeping me motivated and on track with my   physique and inner health goals. I truly believe and know that overall health is all about finding a mind, body, and spiritual   balance. This is what makes me passionate about helping others on their fitness journey and finding their own personal   balance.

You will be welcomed with a big hello!  Ashley is friendly, energetic and a real go getter! She's also one of our class instructors. Ashley is the staff manager and keeps the facility looking great and all of us organized.  She is the creator of our awesome swag and merchandise!

Kate Allen -Instructor
My background in professional dance brought me to the fitness industry where I've spent years teaching a variety of training   methods and, by my own trial and error, formulated a solid program for high level physical fitness and overall health and well being.    I love trying new sports and have taken a shot at everything from aerial acrobatics, to Hawaiian outrigger canoeing, snowboarding,   triathlons, rock climbing, surfing, and most recently, women's softball.   I train the same way, trying to constantly mix it up so my   body is prepared for anything. Fitness is a journey, one with no end.  The key is to learn to make it fun and grow to love the process.

I started practicing yoga over 10 years ago mainly for stress relief.  It all started out of curiosity and I became intrigued by all the poses I had seen. Over time with regular practice I realized how much deeper and broader the practice of yoga is. Yoga has been a major tool for me in leading a healthier more authentic life. Which led me to furthering my education and becoming  a certified Hatha yoga instructor. (200RYT)  I'm very passionate in helping others along to find balance and overall wellness in their own lives through meditation, breathe awareness,  mindfulness and movement.

Ed Davidson ​-Instructor

​I am certified at the 500-hour level through the Advanced Studies Program at The Yoga Room, one of the oldest yoga studios in Berkeley, where I continue to study with teachers who trained in India under B.K.S. Iyengar. The Iyengar style of yoga seeks proper alignment and a balance between strength and flexibility in ways that are safe and adaptable to all ages and abilities. Breath and movement create clarity and peace of mind. Mr. Iyengar once said, “It is through the alignment of the body that I discovered the alignment of my mind, self, and intelligence.”
I recently moved to San Andreas from the Bay Area and find that the quiet rural environment is an ideal setting for the practice of Yoga.
